Concierge Concussion Program
Designed for high-performing individuals, including athletes (NFL, UFC, etc.,) and active individuals (Military, EMS, etc.,) seeking priority access to specialized concussion care.
Members undergo baseline brain function screening prior to injury, allowing for faster, more precise care, whether you’re a professional athlete, first responder, or simply want to protect your long-term brain health.
You will have direct clinician access after any future potential head injury, with guided treatment to get you up and running.
Comprehensive Evaluation
Each evaluation looks at the full picture of your head injury, including symptoms, thinking skills, and how your brain is functioning day to day, in order to direct and guide individualized care.
We work with all ages, from children to adults, in any circumstance; return to sports, occupation or daily life activities.
We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. We identify what’s actually driving your symptoms and build a targeted plan to help you recover.
Nationwide Telehealth Access
Telehealth services are available Nationwide in PSYPACT participating states, allowing access to specialized concussion and mTBI care from the comfort of your home.
Services are not available in the following states: Alaska, California, Hawaii, Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New York, and Oregon.
